  • Wenge back & sides - our first Wenge guitar was a Somogyi a few years back, it is a tightly grained, wonderful tonewood. This guitar has the same characteristics, an almost piano-like, purity of note.

  • The idea of the strings going in a straight line from the tuner post over the nut onto the fretboard has always made sense to John. Long before Gore's books, John was working on hisĀ Straight String PullĀ (SSP) headstock. It took years of development and is now John's preferred headstock.
