Ebony fretboard with "Mammoth" at the 12th fret and engraved illustration of wooly mammoth made from mammoth ivory as well. These inlays are made from mammoth tusq found in the 1940's during the construction of the Alaskan Highway.
The guitar is in overall Excellent condition with an old top center seam repair
We just performed a neck set, fret dress & setup on this guitar
It is light in weight, and deep in tone. This is NOT your typical maple guitar. There is plenty of bass and just enough separation of note to make it sound great.
Under the saddle pickup, with no onboard controls or battery inside the guitar.
