The letter from Michael Millard that accompanies this guitar says…… "The guitars is an H-12 Model of our very finest Brazilian rosewood and red (Adirondack) spruce. The rosewood used for the back and sides dates from 1929; it is our oldest and finest set of wood, purchased in 1964."
