Benedetto Floral Manhattan Archtop built by Bob Benedetto(2009)
This is one of the last guitars that Bob built, however he did not apply the finish. His team did that. Bob Benedetto built this archtop in 2009 for his friend & guitar professor, Bob Yelin (who has since passed). You will see Bob Yelin's name inlayed on the tail piece in abalone. We have this guitar from the gentleman who obtained it from Bob Yelin's widow.
You will see in our pictures, a screen shot of part of a conversation with Bob Benedetto about this guitar, as well as a photo of Bob Yelin with this guitar.
Bob Yelin was a respected arranger of Jazz music, you will find Jazz books with his arrangements for sale on Amazon.
Bob Benedetto has retired from guitar building, so this is a Rare opportunity to own a fine archtop, handcrafted by the best.
