There’s just something special about building with old wood
Old Black Walnut back & sides from reclaimed window sills from a local stage coach livery station that was built in the late 1700's. This black walnut is VERY special looking (extremely tight grain) and it is as resonant as any of the best Brazilian rosewood Tim McKnight has ever heard. It's very unique sounding walnut.
This one of a kind guitar has an fantastic looking & sounding Adirondack spruce top
This McKnight LowLander model is loosely based on a vintage-esque elongated OOO body shape.
