BilT John Woodman Designed Electric Guitar (used, 2020)- SOLD
This guitar is a copy of the one built for Bill Frisell by BilT guitars
The design and hardware are by John “Woody” Woodman of Mastery Bridges.
The pick guard contains the art of Jim Woodring, laser engraved into anodized aluminum.
The guitar was crafted by BilT Guitars in Idaho.
The body is solid spruce.
The paint is from a Chevrolet color chart, chosen to match exactly the color of the 1962 Chevrolet Biscayne that Bill Frisell's parents bought new. It is the car he learned to drive in.
The pickups are a one of a kind prototype design. Mastery tremolo and bridge.
Mahogany neck.
